Step 1: Log in to your Academy account.
Step 2: Go to my courses and learning plans or directly select the course you wish to unenroll.
Step 3: Click on the unenroll from the course symbol in the top right of the view. 
Step 4: If unable to unenroll, proceed with submitting a support ticket.
